I’m Toph Daniels.

I’ve built my life in high-pressure environments – where decisions have to be made fast, execution is everything, and the only way to win is by adapting in real time.

I grew up on a historic cattle ranch once owned by a 1920s New York journalist, where I learned the meaning of hard work, risk, and resilience. When multi-year droughts hit, you found a way to keep the cattle moving. When floods came, you adapted. There was no room for hesitation – only execution.

I took that instinct into sales. I’ve built new business from zero, turned cold prospects into repeat accounts, and grown revenue across industrial distribution, technical sales, and logistics. I’ve supported contractors and project buyers in supply-house environments, won statewide contractor, utility, municipal, and co-op accounts across a $1.2M+ annual waterworks territory, driven $1M+ annually in HVAC territory sales, and expanded regional electrical accounts across a $750K+ annual territory while converting one-off bids into repeat supply relationships worth $250K+ annually.

I’ve also closed complex technical sales tied to data infrastructure, system integration, and multi-system workflows – driving $800K+ annually in new and repeat business while shortening deal cycles on complex accounts.
